How do you add the coaches name & contact information to the top of the web page? I do not see a tab for this on the site maintance area? Also, is their anyway to add an attachment to a broadcast email? Thanks, Bill |

I assume you are asking about putting coach info on a team page. If so, you ned to edit that team page, not a feature in the Site Maintenance Area. If you have access to the Site Maintenance Area, use the team drop down list to edit a team. No, you cannot add an attachment. We had to stop that because we could not get people to stop broadcasting 10Meg files to hundreds and thousands of people. To have the same impact, upload your desired file to the Assorted area and then hyperlink that file to your email broadcast. This allows people to click on the link to access the file. When they do that, they download the file from the server. This is far more efficient as it allows people who want to view the attachment to do so and download it when ready to view versus sending it to everyone whether they want to view it or not. Thanks, |
